Sweet Skills at Work - Culinary Olympics

Article - Spc. Michelle Carville, Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army, Pentagon Washington D.C., fills a dispenser with chocolate for plate decoration. Carville has been a member of the U.S. Army Culinary Arts Team since March of the 2007 and is currently competing against 13 foreign military teams during the World Culinary Olympics, Oct. 19 - 22, in Erfurt, Germany.
